You should never intentionally expose secrets in public repositories, public project pages, prompts, screenshots, or other publicly accessible content.
If Buildbo detects a credential or security risk, we may take reasonable steps to protect the Service and affected users.
10. Third-Party Services
Buildbo may integrate with third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors, authentication providers, code repositories, databases, and other services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Free and Paid Plans
Buildbo may offer free and paid plans.
Features, limits, usage allowances, pricing, and availability may vary between plans.
We may change plan features or limits from time to time.
Where changes materially affect an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions may automatically renew

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
16. Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation options provided by Buildbo.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund previously paid subscription fees.
If Buildbo offers a refund policy, promotional guarantee, or trial-specific refund terms, those terms will apply to the relevant purchase.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
17. Changes to Pricing
Buildbo may change its pricing from time to time.
If you have an active paid subscription, we will provide notice of material price changes where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a price change may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
21. Effect of Termination
When your account is terminated or closed, your right to access the Service may end.
You should export or save any project content you want to retain before closing your account.
Some information may remain retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related matters.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buildbo and its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

We may assume exclusive control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.
